Our full time Technical Directors having vast experience in various aspects of project engineering & Management & they are fully involved in all the projects handled by Chempro. They monitor and control the projects at every stage and attend crucial meetings with clients / contractors whenever considered necessary.
Crucial areas like Plot & Plant Layouts, Equipment and Piping Design, HT & LT Power Supply and Distribution Designs, Equipment Selection, Procurement Assistance to the clients, Site Installation and Commissioning etc., are closely monitored and controlled by the Directors.
And under their guidance, a team of Project Managers and Engineers supported by the various activity divisions execute projects in total co-ordination with clients representatives.
As and when required, on need based priorities, specialist consultants from external sources are included on assignment basis, wherever it desired to enhance in-house resources.
As part of ISO 9001:2000 commitment ,our personnel at all levels are exposed to in-house technical and behavioral up gradation programmes targeted at enhancement of individual skills.
