Chempro started Third Party Inspection
activities in 1977 as a division of Chempro Expertise and encouraged by the excellent client confidence registered
as an Autonomous Inspection Authority, Chempro Inspections Pvt. Ltd. in 1987.
Chempro Inspections has an excellent track record of achievements , empanelments and recognitions from various statutory and other relevant bodies like Chief Controller of Explosives, Factory Inspectorate, Nationalised Insurance Companies, Export Promotion Councils, etc.
Chempro undertakes stage wise inspections of various process equipment like Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns, Petroleum Storage Tanks etc. made of various materials like High Alloy Steels, Low Alloy Steels, Exotic materials like Inconel800, Monel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Incoly etc. The Inspections are carried out as per various international and national codes such as ASME, ANSI, API, AD Merkblätter, BS, DIN, TEMA, NFPA, BIS etc.
Chempro undertakes Third Party Inspections anywhere in India and abroad, including final inspection for proprietary equipments, export consignments, packaged units, engineering components, API 5L SAW / Spiral Line Pipes (Coated / Uncoated) etc.
Inspections are carried out according to buyer's specifications. Proprietary equipments like Boilers, Compressors, Pumps etc. are tested for Final Performance Test and Material Test Document verification as per relevant codes and order specifications.
Chempro's team of well qualified and experienced engineers are from all engineering disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electronics etc.
Chempro's expert team of Chartered engineers and qualified surveyors carry out Insurance surveys, Valuation, Loss Assessment (LOP), Consignment surveys, Pre shipment Inspection, Shipment Loading Inspection, Reliability Audits etc.
